Getting my license in January of 2007 in the midst of a global recession and housing mortgage crisis was quite the introduction to the real estate industry. Plummeting housing prices, short sales and REO’s were the market conditions I cut my teeth in and, to be honest, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I learned many valuable lessons and found early on that in order to make it in real estate you had to work hard, be resourceful and bring as much value to your customers as possible. Since those early days I have listed and sold vacant land, commercial buildings, motels, condos and residential homes. I now use all of that experience and knowledge gained over the past 13 years to make every transaction as stress free as possible for my clients. Buying? I’ll find the home that checks as many of your boxes as possible within your budget. Selling? I’ll maximize the value of your home with specialized marketing techniques. Give me a call any time and let’s discuss your needs.
